What we look for, and what to expect

Every profile and business on Hunar Circle is checked by a real person before it goes live. This page is the short version of what that check looks for, and how everyone - whether you're listing your hunar or browsing for someone to hire - is expected to use the listing.

Most rejections come down to one of a few things:

• A stock, scraped, or otherwise not-really-you photo.
• A phone number or skill claim we couldn't confirm on a quick call.
• Something that doesn't line up with the Dawoodi Bohra community this listing is for.
• Required fields left incomplete - name, skill, location, phone, and a real photo.

There's no fixed checklist a reviewer ticks through beyond that - it's a person looking at your submission, and every rejection comes with a short, specific reason so you know exactly what to fix.

A verified badge means a reviewer confirmed your photo is real and, where anything looked off, had a short call or WhatsApp chat to check your phone number and your skill or location claims. It's a basic identity and legitimacy check, not a certification of how good the work itself is - see our Terms of Use for how that plays into liability.

A business needs its own real logo and its own WhatsApp number - not your personal one. It's reviewed on its own, separately from your profile, so your profile can be approved while a business under it is still waiting on review, or the other way around.

Reach out respectfully - a real person is on the other end of every listing. Please don't scrape or bulk-harvest contact details (we rate-limit the reveal precisely to catch this), and don't use the listing to send unrelated solicitation or spam.

Rejected isn't final. Fix whatever the reason called out from your account, save, and it goes straight back into the review queue. If you think we got it wrong, get in touch and we'll take another look.
